Roost Chicken was born from friendship and the shared desire to create something authentic. From our first location in Malasaña, we started a fried chicken revolution that has not stopped growing.

Our secret: handmade breading and marinade, fresh ingredients, and a unique blend of street food and gourmet vision. Today we have six locations in Madrid, a passionate team, and the same energy that drove us from day one.

We continue to grow, exploring new formats and places, without ever losing what makes us unique.
